Monday sketch

 
Hi all!!

It's Monday and the start of a new week. I’m doing the first entry for a long time, I have been on a little leave because of the birth of my little girl but now she is soon 3 months and I am back and ready to do my best to inspire you all :)

Anyway Monday means of course the weekly sketch. This is my sketch, very simple but can be used in alot of different ways :) My choice was to make a Christmas card and I used one of the new stamps called Jultomten, the text stamp is old though but very nice anyway :)

Projekt of the week

This week three of us have made lanterns. I think at this time of the year; it's getting darker and darker and the air is getting crisp; it's nice to curl up inside with nice cup of tea and light some candles. (Nice, just not very practical with a one year old kid running around...!)

Let's start with DT Nettan. She chose to decorate a glass lantern for Halloween. The stamps she used are "Karl's pumpkin (HW2)" and "Happy Halloween (HW8)".

GDT Essmo also did a halloween themed lantern and she used the same pumpkin and halloween sentiment, and also the "clock background (A24)".

 

I, on the other hand, am not really a fan of halloween... I do like Christmas though! My lantern is a little snowy cottage and I used a couple of the newer stamps, the largest of the three windows (A100) and the little lantern (A115).

Please remember never to leave burning lights unattended!!!

Stamp of the week

Friday again and you all know what that means right??? Yep it's time again for a new stamp of the week and today we are giving you a chance of winning "San's mushroom (S52)".

Volkswagen Beelte

 

Hi you all,

Today it is my, Päivis,  turn to blogg.  First I will show you this card with a Volkswagen Beetle.

I just love the Volkswagen Beelte stamp. I have never my self owned a Beetle but I have always liked the car. Here in Sweden we celebrate the Fathersday November 13 and I think this will be the perfect card for my father. Why? Because about that time, when the Fathersday is, it will be 43 years ago my father came and picked me and my mother home from the hospital in a light blue Volswagen Beelte :o)

 

And the second card is with the stamps "Snöklädd gran" small and middle. Think this could be used as a Christmas card, don´t you? :o)

Another Christmas card

For this card I used one of the sketches from the Sketch book: this one is made by Bili. Lucia is one of the new stamps, perfect for both Christmas-greetings and Glögg-events!
The flowers I've made with the help of some Retroflower-punches.
