Good morning everyone. This is my last post as Guest Designer here at Stämpelkällan, and my oh my, did the months fly by. I've really enjoyed playing with their delightful stamps, and today I have a special card that I made for my husband's birthday.
I've stamped the Clock Background (S24) and the sentiment You Complete Me (T102) on the front of the card, and then I've made a lovely embellishment with the Butterfly (GA61). Here I have heat embossed with gold embossing powder, coloured it in with my new TH distress stains, then added a few gems for a bit more sparkle. You will note that I've added an interesting edge to the card with the MS Crown punch and a touch of DI. The leaves were made with the Vines die set, from Whimsy Stamps while the flowers are from my stash.
Next for the inside, where I've used the stamp (T70) with the heartwarming word's from 'Annie's Song'. It fit perfectly in the Nestibilities Labels 18 die, and a little DI gives it a nice finishing touch.
I do hope you've enjoyed my projects over the past 3 months, and had a chance to check out all of the wonderful stamps available in the store. There is plenty there to catch your fancy, and a new release will be out shortly! Happy crafting!

Forever and Ever....
For my GDT project this week, I've gone with a Valentine's card. Still two weeks to go, so you still have time to make one too!
I made the card up with a new Martha Stewart punch that I received for Christmas.....quite pleased with the result. I've used the heart branch (GS3) and the Forever text stamp (T99), stamping directly onto the card. Some perfect pearls, a ribbon bow and then pearls in each of the corners....all in a soft turquoise, then a bit of DI to soften the edges and a couple of butterflies to give it a nice airy touch.

Happy Birthday with the January Freebie
Good morning all. Did you notice there's a free digi image for the month of January? If you check to the right, you will find it in the side bar. I actually won this image, a few months ago in the Friday Stamp of the Week.....just for leaving a comment! How cool is that!
Today I've made a birthday card with a card design that I really enjoy making. The image is nice and easy to colour, and could be used for any number of occasions. The sentiment is also from Stämpelkällan and you can find it here. For embellishment, just some dimensional flowers, to go with this pretty paper from Echo Park.
Thanks for visiting and have a wonderful day!

Challenge Inspiration #3
Here we go again! My lovely DT's have been busy... Today's crafts to inspire you were made by Joyce and Maiden.
Let's start with Joyce's card;
She made a lovely gift bag following the sketch by Elli. The stamps used are Julroshörne1 (J18) and X-text; Merry Christmas (J10).
Maiden was inspired by Madame Ink's sketch, and I love what she's done with the butterfly! The stamps are Kalaspingla med boa (S64) and Kraaam på dig (T105).
So don't forget us now, check out the X-mas challenge and join in!!!

Cheeky Face
Hi there! Always looking to try something different....made this card up using 3 different stamps (S41 - main image, A88 - corner and T54 - Happy Birthday), copic markers, and no designer papers! Loved this image with it's cheeky face, ideal for a little imp....or a big one too. All four corners have been gussied up with the corner stamp, and I've coloured them up to match the little guy. A few gems and a little dragonfly are the only embellishments.
